Diwali Gifts for Employees 2026: Ideas Under ₹300, ₹500 & ₹1,000

A Diwali Gift Your Team Will Actually Use

Every year HR and admin teams face the same question: what can we give the whole team that feels good, fits the budget, and is not forgotten in a week? Sweets get eaten and hampers get emptied. A good steel bottle, a copper glass or a tiffin is used every single day — and every time it is used, your company is remembered.

This guide lists real products we have in stock at our Odhav GIDC store, with their current retail prices, so you can plan your Diwali 2026 gifts (Diwali falls on Sunday, 8 November 2026) without guesswork.

Under ₹300 — For Large Teams

When you are gifting a big team, a small but genuine metal gift is better than a large item of poor quality.

Bhojan Thal (5-in-1 compartment tray)	Stainless steel	₹110–₹230
Stainless Steel Thali	Stainless steel	₹150–₹200
Stainless Steel Bagona	Stainless steel	from ₹250

Tip: a copper glass engraved with your company name is one of the most-kept gifts under ₹300. Engraving costs just ₹5–10 per piece.
