Possession & Housewarming Gifts for Flat Buyers: A Guide for Builders

The Gift That Starts a New Home

For a family, getting the keys to a new flat is one of the biggest days of their life — and in Gujarat, the first thing that happens in a new home is the gruh pravesh pooja. A builder who hands over a brass pooja set or a copper kalash with the keys becomes part of that memory.

It is also good business: the gift stays in the home for years with your project's name on it, and happy owners recommend you to friends and relatives looking for their next home.
